deposit- $200
A deposit of $200 will be required to reserve your wedding services. (Deposit will be applied to the day of services. It cannot be applied to trial run services.) This deposit is non-refundable if 30 days’ notice of cancellation is not given or if you no call, no show.
travel fee- Free for venues within 10 miles of our salon. If venue is more than 10 miles there will be an additional fee of $15 per person receiving services
Late Fee’s- We have allotted a certain amount of time for your special day. Please be considerate of our time. Anyone running more than 10 minutes late will have a $15.00 late fee added to their service.
Additional policies
*We allow changes to the number of people to your wedding party, no less than 2 months prior to your wedding day. If you are deducting or adding people to your party less than 2 months before the wedding, there will be a fee of 100 dollars. We will do our best to accommodate additional guests, it all depends on the stylist’s schedule.
*For all services performed at our salon, we ask that you respect our stylist’s space of work. If there are any guests or individuals in your bridal party that wish to do their own hair or makeup, we request they do so outside of our salon.
*Gratuity is not included in the prices of the bridal services or onsite fees
*An additional fee of $100 will be added to final total on Sundays or Mondays
*For onsite services, our team will leave as soon as the last person is ready, if you’d like us to stay on site, we will do so at a rate of $50/hour per stylist.
*Up styling fees are based upon the intricacy of the style
*Turquoise Salon and Spa does not allow outside music players to be used.

What should I expect on my trial run?
Trial runs allow us to get a better feel for what you are specifically wanting and give you the opportunity to see what your vision really looks like on you! Ideally, you should bring some photos of what you like AND dislike, so we can collaborate and ensure we are all on the same page. This session is meant to be a fun, creative experience for you- we will be asking A LOT of questions to make sure you look like the Queen you are on your special day!

Can I do the trial run on the same day as my bridal portraits?
Yes! We suggest you do your trial run the day of your bridal portraits- knock out both in one day. We always schedule extra time for these appointments to make sure everything runs smoothly, and you leave feeling amazing.

How should my bridesmaids and I arrive?
Every person getting their hair styled needs to arrive with clean, dry hair. We also recommend you wear a button-down shirt to avoid disrupting your finished style.

Do you offer discounts for larger parties?
Unfortunately, we do not offer discounts on ANY bridal services.

Do you recommend services onsite or at the salon?
You are welcome to have us come to the venue for your big day! However, we also have a comfortable bridal suite here in our salon, fully equipped for bridal parties, big or small to gather and be pampered.
