Cancellations

We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, resulting in schedule adjustments. If you do need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice of cancellation.

Any cancellation, reschedule, or “no-show” made less than 48 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of your scheduled services and must be paid in full prior to being allowed to reschedule.

late arrivals

Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made.

If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and you will be required to pay a cancellation fee prior to rescheduling.

new guest booking policies

We are accepting new guests with a booking fee, due at the time of scheduling services.

A $40 non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule haircut services, and a $100 non-refundable booking fee is required to schedule color services.
